Day 3 AM
Yesterday was by far the hardest for me on the cleanse because my husband decided it wasn't for him and he was going back to food. The temptation of food was at an all time high. This morning i did not do the SWF because I felt that my body needed the sleep more. I plan on doing it this afternoon. Today is the worst by far, I woke up with a headache and as the day goes on I'm starting to feel more and more weak. I worked out yesterday without much water intake, so I'm assumming it was all the activity. hopefully i start to feel better once I take a nap or else I will have to end it early. :(

Day 2 AM
The salt water flush I don't want to say gets better, because it truly doesn't. I got it down faster with some tips I've read on other sites.
1.Drink it down with a straw, you don't have to get a whole mouthful of it
2.Close your eyes and pretend its salty chicken broth, rather than staring at a glass of salty water
3. Plug your nose. I haven't tried this one yet but I may have to
Again the last 1/4 cup was hard to get down, but it took me a lot less time today. Now to wait for the elimination to happen. And Day 2 to begin

Day 1 PM
Made it through the day feeling great! Once the flushed past I wasn't hungry, but extremely thirsty. I drank two bottles of water before I even had any "lemonade." I felt energized and alert with no hunger pains. My husband on the other hand is used to coming home and having dinner, so this was a hard adjustment for him. We went and picked up some more maple syrup and lemons. WARNING this diet gets expensive if you don't own a lemon tree. That being said my mind is wondering how many times we will have to go to the store for MORE lemons...I'm thinking we will stick with 7 days instead of 10, but we'll see.
Day 1 AM
I tossed and turned all night thinking about how early I would have to get up this morning to start this diet. I woke up nearly 3 times and dreamt about not having food for 10 days. I believe my husband and I can do this, it will be a journey but I've heard such good things about it when you're done. What no one seems to tell you on all those sites with the ingredients is that the salt water flush in the mornings is almost unbearable. If it was just a small amount that would be one thing, but you're having to drink 4 8 0z glasses of warm non-iodized salt water first thing in the morning. I feel like throwing up! I have about 1/4 cup left and I'm dreading it. The lemonade itself isn't bad, but this morning thing is going to take some getting used to.
